Christina Auck

Bass instructor

Christina is a lesson-taught electric bass player and a classically-trained double bassist. With a Bachelor of Music degree from Miami University (of Ohio) and graduating from Lakewood High, Christina has played almost any genre from rock to orchestral to jazz through the Lakewood Project, the Miami University Symphony Orchestra, pits for student musicals, some smaller jazz bands, and a gigging group or two. Throughout their time at Miami, Christina was a Resident Assistant, President of the Miami University Symphony Orchestra, a pit musician, and also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology – very different fields, but both are her passions! Christina strives to educate and accommodate whenever they can.

Christina has lived in Lakewood for most of her life and has been surrounded by many, many, many, pets, sports, and activities.
